We are excited to announce our very first Drop Dee Guitars Exclusive Custom Shop Run from Schecter! That means you won't find these guitars anywhere else! Starting with the aesthetics, we decided to go with something modern and clean to keep it from being not too "in your face." As you can see we went with flame from head to toe. Starting with a Roasted Flamed Maple neck leading down to a Satin Trans Black Pearl Flamed Maple top paired with Natural Flamed Maple binding. We felt this keeps the looking minimalist while having that extravagant taste.
For the nuts and bolts, we went with the Schecter USA Brimstone PUPs, Hipshot bridge and a Reverse 7 in-line headstock. We went with the Brimstone's because it is Schecter's hottest pickup they make. Although we went with a clean and modern look, we wanted our pickups to sound absolutely brutal to handle all things metal with the added versatility of the push/pull for coil splitting. We went with a Hipshot bridge for obvious reasons. To have a reliable bridge giving you the option to easily change tunings backed with locking tuners.
Everything about this guitar screams top-notch. Looks, build, feel and tone. Enjoy your chance at an Exclusive Run available nowhere else!
Condition: This is a brand new BLEM Drop Dee Guitars Exclusive Run Sunset-24 7 in Trans Black Pearl. This is a run of 8 exclusive guitars so chances are you will not get the one in the photos. However, most of the them look very similar and if you would like to choose your specific one we can send photos of a couple options for you to pick from! The reason these 6 are BLEM's are because of finish scratches on the back of the body. The example in the photo is the worst one we have. Enjoy a major discount for minor scratches you'd most likely end up doing to the guitar anyway! It comes equipped with our Pro-Tech setup and Schecter’s warranty. Drop Dee Guitars is an authorized dealer of Schecter Guitars.
Pro-Tech Setup: Our Pro-Tech setup makes your guitar ready to rock straight out of the box. Here’s how..
- Make any adjustments so the neck is straight to avoid any fret buzzing and for comfort
- Check the nut and nut slots for any adjustments/filing to prevent any tuning issues, as well as for comfort at the lower frets
- Make any adjustments to the bridge/tremolo system so it’s in the proper position for tuning stability
- Set the action to a height that feels comfortable for each guitar
Set the intonation so you’re in tune everywhere on the neck
All of these steps will make your brand new guitar feel as comfortable as ever and ready to play straight out of the box!
