Full Description
The ESP E-II M-II HST QM is a shredder’s dream guitar that blends ESP’s renowned craftsmanship with boutique-level detail and modern playability. Hand-built in Japan, this high-performance instrument is designed for players who demand precision, resonance, and brutal clarity. From its stunning quilted maple top over a mahogany body with natural binding, to its loaded Bare Knuckle pickups, the M-II HST QM is a stage-ready weapon with boutique flair.
Its set-thru 3-piece maple neck is carved to a thin U profile, giving players effortless speed and comfort. Paired with a hard maple fingerboard featuring 24 extra-jumbo frets and offset block inlays with ESP’s logo at the 12th fret, the playability is fast, smooth, and visually striking. With a 305mm (12”) radius and a 25.5" (648mm) scale length, this neck is built for technical riffing, expressive bends, and shredding across the full register.
The E-II M-II HST QM is powered by a set of Bare Knuckle Aftermath Tyger pickups, delivering crushing low-end response, searing mids, and articulate highs with remarkable clarity under high gain. Controlled by a master volume, master tone, and 3-way lever switch, this guitar is built to deliver aggressive rhythm chugs, articulate leads, and singing cleans with precision.
Anchoring the instrument is a Hipshot US Contour tremolo bridge paired with Gotoh MG-T locking tuners, ensuring rock-solid tuning stability and silky-smooth vibrato action. Finished with black hardware, natural binding, and a striking See Thru Black Cherry Sunburst quilted maple top, this guitar makes as bold of a statement visually as it does sonically.
Condition: This is a b-stock ESP E-II M-II HST QM. The reason this is a b-stock is because of finish imperfections along the side of the neck and the back treble-side horn (see photos). It includes the original ESP case and ESP’s full manufacturer warranty. It also comes equipped with our Pro-Tech Setup so that it is ready to play straight out of the case. Drop Dee Guitars is an authorized ESP dealer.
Pro-Tech Setup: Every guitar we sell receives our Pro-Tech setup, including:
- Neck adjustment for perfect relief
- Nut and bridge setup for rock-solid tuning and playability
- Intonation for accurate pitch across the fretboard
- Action dialed in for fast, buzz-free performance
- Pickup height adjustment and electronics testing for balanced output
With our Pro-Tech Setup, your M-II HST QM will arrive ready for both stage and studio.
