Do you offer payment plans?

We offer payments plans via Shop Pay. You can check your purchasing power on any product page.

Will I receive the same guitar in the photos?

You will always receive the guitar in the photos! If we have multiple of the same guitar in stock we will let you choose pick your favorite from the bunch!

Can I request additional photos/videos of a product?

Of course! If you would like additional photos of any product, or would like us to demo the product in a video we will most certainly do that for you!

Does Drop Dee Guitars have a storefront location?

We have a small showroom in Chattanooga that you can schedule an appointment for!

What brands does Drop Dee Guitars carry?

We are official dealers of ESP, Ibanez, Schecter, Dunable, Balaguer, Ormsby and so many more! This list will forever be growing and expanding so be sure to stay up to date with us.

Does Drop Dee Guitars accept trades?

Yes, we do! Although we don't accept all trades, we are interested to see what you have to offer to trade. If you are interested in trading for one of our items, get in contact with us!

Shop Policies

What are your shipping policies?

Free domestic shipping to the lower 48 states! We have 2-day shipping available for $100. Orders normally ship within 1 business day, but sometimes will take longer. You will receive an email update with tracking information as soon as the order is shipped.

What is your return policy?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to decide if it's the one for you or not. Please contact us within 14 days if you would like to initiate a return. We will share instructions on how and where to send your item.

All pre-order deposits are non-refundable.

All custom ordered guitar sales are final.

The buyer is responsible for shipping the item back to Drop Dee Guitars. Our outgoing shipping expenses and processing fees associated with your order will be deducted from the refund amount. Processing fees are not reimbursed to us by the payment processor when we issue a refund. Processing fees are around 3-4% of the sale and shipping expenses can be anywhere from $20-$100+.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If the item returns not in its original condition/missing original packaging or accessories, the condition will be assessed by our team and a restocking fee may be assessed.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

How do you pack your shipments?

We safely and securely package all our products for shipment! We pack them with enough padding and protection to keep your item safe. Then, we double box for added protection.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery varies depending on where you live. Guitars normally take 2-5 for delivery once they're shipped.


Can you order a product that you don't have in stock?

Absolutely! We can order any guitar from the manufacturer that we are a dealer for. All that is requested is a non-refundable deposit which will vary depending on the guitar.

Do the guitars come with a warranty?

Yes! Every single brand new instrument comes with their manufacturer's warranty. Warranties vary between manufacturers.
