Full Description
The ESP E-II M-II HT in Mercury Blue Burst is a Japanese-crafted work of art designed for ultimate speed, crushing high-gain response, and striking visual depth. Built in ESP's Tokyo factory by master luthiers, this model combines high-end tonewoods with boutique components to deliver a modern, hardtail performance instrument of uncompromising quality.
The guitar features a solid alder body topped with a figured burled maple cap, dressed in a dazzling Mercury Blue Burst finish. Its set-thru 3-piece maple neck offers seamless, heel-less access to the highest frets while delivering incredible sustain and note clarity. The smooth ebony fingerboard features a 305mm (12") radius, a 42mm bone nut, and 24 extra-jumbo stainless steel frets carved to ESP's fast Thin U profile for effortless playing across a 25.5" scale length.
Sonically, the M-II HT is powered by a direct-mounted pair of Bare Knuckle Aftermath humbuckers featuring aggressive Black Battleworn covers. Engineered for modern progressive styles, these passive pickups deliver lightning-fast bass response, focused midrange punch, and razor-sharp high-end articulation under extreme gain. The control layout consists of a master volume, master tone, and a 3-way pickup selector switch.
Hardware appointments feature all-black components built for maximum stability, including a Hipshot fixed bridge with string-through-body design for enhanced sustain and tight tracking. Backed by Gotoh locking tuners and ESP strap locks, this E-II comes factory-strung with Elixir Nanoweb Super Light (.009-.042) strings and ready for demanding professional performance.
Condition: This is a b-stock ESP E-II M-II HT in Mercury Blue Burst. The reason this is a b-stock is because of some surface scuffs/marks on the back of the neck, as well as finish imperfections along the neck binding (see photos). It includes ESP’s full manufacturer warranty, official ESP MH form-fit hardshell case, and comes equipped with our Pro-Tech Setup, ensuring it arrives ready to play straight out of the case. Drop Dee Guitars is an authorized ESP dealer.
Pro-Tech Setup: Every guitar we sell receives our Pro-Tech setup, including:
- Neck adjustment for proper relief
- Action setup for clean, buzz-free playability
- Intonation across all frets
- Pickup height adjustment for balanced output
- Full electronics inspection and play-test
Your ESP E-II M-II HT will arrive dialed-in and performance ready.
