The Ibanez Genesis Collection 540PIII brings back one of the most beloved ‘80s shred machines, faithfully reissued with modern precision while retaining its classic character. With its Super Wizard 5-piece maple/walnut neck and razor-thin profile (17mm at the 1st fret), this guitar offers lightning-fast playability and exceptional comfort across all 24 jumbo frets. A bound rosewood fingerboard with bold white sharktooth inlays completes the unmistakable Ibanez aesthetic.
The lightweight basswood body keeps the guitar balanced and resonant, while the legendary Edge tremolo bridge paired with a locking nut ensures rock-solid tuning stability — even with the most extreme whammy bar abuse. Black hardware and clean lines keep the look sleek and timeless, staying true to its Genesis Collection roots.
Electronics are dialed for versatility and punch, with an Infinity R ceramic neck humbucker delivering smooth, defined leads, and a V8 Alnico bridge humbucker offering tight lows and searing highs. Together, they provide everything from articulate cleans to saturated high-gain tones, making the 540PIII an all-around shred powerhouse.

Really, there's no sales tax?
There's no sales tax outside of TN. Since we're a small business, we only have to collect sales tax on in-state orders.
Do you accept trades?

Can I request a setup w/ my preferred strings?
Yes, but that will come at additional charge that varies depending on the guitar. Our Pro-Tech Setup is free for every guitar using its stock strings.
Do you ship internationally?

In short, please allow us up to three business days to ship your guitar. We do our Pro-Tech setups right before the guitar leaves us so that it is ready to play once it reaches you. Normally, it only takes a day or two for us to ship out your guitar.
