The Ibanez Japan Custom RG Visions IV1RG is a breathtaking showcase of Japanese custom shop craftsmanship, pairing technical precision with artistic design. Built with a neck-through Super Wizard 5-piece maple/purpleheart neck and an ebony fretboard adorned with a stunning Tree of Life inlay, this guitar delivers elite playability and standout visual appeal. The ultra-thin 17mm first-fret profile, combined with jumbo stainless steel frets and Ibanez’s Custom Shop fret edge treatment, makes for one of the fastest, smoothest playing experiences available.
The body combines black limba with a figured burl maple top, finished in high-gloss polyurethane that highlights every detail of the wood. With its Lo-Pro Edge bridge, locking nut, and Gotoh hardware in satin gold, the IV1RG balances modern performance with boutique luxury.
Tonally, the carefully curated DiMarzio H-S-H pickup set (Air Norton™, True Velvet™, and The Tone Zone®) gives players a wide palette — from warm cleans to articulate leads to aggressive high-gain rhythm work. A 5-way selector switch and simplified 1 volume, 1 tone control layout ensure quick, intuitive access to all tonal options. Add in Luminlay side dots for visibility on dark stages, and you have a custom shop Ibanez that excels in every detail.
Condition: This is a brand new Ibanez Japan Custom RG Visions IV1RG and includes its original hardshell case, certificate of authenticity, tremolo arm, multi-tool, and Gotoh strap locks. Really, there's no sales tax?
There's no sales tax outside of TN. Since we're a small business, we only have to collect sales tax on in-state orders.

Can I request a setup w/ my preferred strings?
Yes, but that will come at additional charge that varies depending on the guitar. Our Pro-Tech Setup is free for every guitar using its stock strings.
Do you ship internationally?

In short, please allow us up to three business days to ship your guitar. We do our Pro-Tech setups right before the guitar leaves us so that it is ready to play once it reaches you. Normally, it only takes a day or two for us to ship out your guitar.
