The Jackson USA Custom Shop Special Edition King V is a masterwork of high-end, high-performance guitar engineering, built to deliver uncompromising aggression and show-stopping visual flair. Dressed in an exquisite Lavender Ice solid urethane finish with a matching painted neck and headstock, this custom-built instrument pairs one of rock’s most iconic V shapes with top-tier modern hardware and striking custom appointments.
The foundation of this Custom Shop creation features a resonant solid mahogany body joined to a neck-through mahogany neck reinforced with graphite dual-action truss rods for absolute structural stability. Designed for lightning-fast speed, the neck features an In-Line Pointy Reversed headstock, black neck and headstock binding, and a sleek speed neck profile measuring .775” at the 3rd fret and .835” at the 12th fret. The dark ebony fingerboard boasts a compound 12" to 16" radius, 24 jumbo stainless steel frets across a 25.5" scale length, custom Purpleheart wood reversed sharkfin inlays, and Luminlay blue side dots for dark stage environments.
Sonically, this King V is armed with direct clean-mounted active Fishman Fluence humbuckers featuring eye-catching purple/black zebra bobbins. Driven by an onboard 9V battery system, these high-output pickups yield pristine note definition, brutal high-gain saturation, and dead-quiet operation. Streamlined for uninterrupted shredding, the controls consist of a single active 25k volume pot with a black dome knob and a 3-way blade pickup switch.
The mechanical appointments represent the pinnacle of tremolo performance, anchored by a top-mounted black Floyd Rose double-locking tremolo upgraded with FU-Tone titanium hardware and a purple titanium locking nut (R3). Backed up by Gotoh tuning machines, a recessed upper-wing output jack, and a classic 80's black Jackson logo alongside the Custom Shop logo on the headstock, this Master-level King V stands as an absolute crown jewel of American craftsmanship.

Really, there's no sales tax?
There's no sales tax outside of SC. Since we're a small business, we only have to collect sales tax on in-state orders.

Can I request a setup w/ my preferred strings?
Yes, but that will come at additional charge that varies depending on the guitar. Our Pro-Tech Setup is free for every guitar using its stock strings.
Do you ship internationally?

In short, please allow us up to three business days to ship your guitar. We do our Pro-Tech setups right before the guitar leaves us so that it is ready to play once it reaches you. Normally, it only takes a day or two for us to ship out your guitar.
