The Jackson USA Custom Shop Special Edition Rhoads captures the spirit of one of metal’s most iconic shapes with premium craftsmanship and a striking finish. Built in the USA Custom Shop, this instrument combines classic Randy Rhoads aesthetics with high-performance modern features, making it a stage-ready weapon for serious players.
Its neck-thru quartersawn maple construction with alder body wings ensures sustain, resonance, and stability. The ebony fingerboard is adorned with pearl sharkfin inlays and 22 jumbo frets on a compound 12"-16" radius, delivering lightning-fast playability and effortless bends across the board. With ivoroid binding on the neck and headstock and a Nitro-Tour heavy relic finish in Snow White with black Vintage Pinstripes, this guitar exudes both heritage and road-worn authenticity.
Electronics feature a Seymour Duncan JB in the bridge and a Seymour Duncan Jazz in the neck, both with zebra bobbins for a vintage-inspired aesthetic. Controlled by a single volume, dual tone knobs, and a 3-way toggle, this setup provides versatile tonal shaping—from aggressive, articulate lead tones to warm, dynamic cleans. The Floyd Rose recessed tremolo with a big block brass upgrade ensures tuning stability and expressive pitch control, while Gotoh gold tuners and brass dome knobs complete the high-end hardware package.
Condition: This is a brand new Jackson USA Custom Shop Special Edition Rhoads. It includes a Jackson Custom Shop Certificate of Authenticity and ships in a Rhoads/KV form-fit hard case. Really, there's no sales tax?
There's no sales tax outside of TN. Since we're a small business, we only have to collect sales tax on in-state orders.

Can I request a setup w/ my preferred strings?
Yes, but that will come at additional charge that varies depending on the guitar. Our Pro-Tech Setup is free for every guitar using its stock strings.
Do you ship internationally?

In short, please allow us up to three business days to ship your guitar. We do our Pro-Tech setups right before the guitar leaves us so that it is ready to play once it reaches you. Normally, it only takes a day or two for us to ship out your guitar.
