Constructed with a highly resonant mahogany body, the Rhoads features a rock-solid caramelized maple neck-thru design with a scarf joint and graphite reinforcement rods for unrivaled physical stability and virtually endless sustain. The premium ebony fingerboard is bound in elegant ivoroid and features a versatile 12" to 16" compound radius. Outfitted with classic pearl sharkfin inlays and 22 jumbo frets, this neck yields low, lightning-fast action across the traditional 25.5" scale length.

For a timeless yet aggressive tonal powerhouse, this Special Edition comes loaded with a calibrated set of passive Seymour Duncan humbuckers. A legendary JB sits in the bridge position paired with a '59 in the neck—both featuring classic all-black bobbins and nickel screws.
