Dressed in an earthy Sage Leaf acrylic satin finish, this lightweight headless instrument offers supreme balance and effortless playability for students and working professionals alike.
Built around a solid meranti body paired with a bolt-on roasted maple neck, the Essential 6 incorporates Strandberg's patented EndurNeck profile to encourage proper wrist alignment and reduce playing fatigue. The rosewood fingerboard features a comfortable 20" radius, 24 DHP 28HFS stainless steel frets, white fretboard dots, and white side dots across a standard 25.5" scale length.
Versatile electronics drive its tonal capabilities, featuring a custom-wound pickup set: a .strandberg* Custom Vintage Neck humbucker and a Custom Hot Bridge humbucker. Routed through a master volume, master tone, and a 5-way lever pickup switch, this setup yields a huge variety of active and split-coil sounds.
Anchor hardware includes the proprietary .strandberg* EGS Arc hardtail bridge and matching EGS Arc string lock, providing rock-solid tuning stability, precise intonation, and intuitive adjustments. Really, there's no sales tax?
There's no sales tax outside of SC. Since we're a small business, we only have to collect sales tax on in-state orders.

Can I request a setup w/ my preferred strings?
Yes, but that will come at additional charge that varies depending on the guitar. Our Pro-Tech Setup is free for every guitar using its stock strings.
Do you ship internationally?

In short, please allow us up to three business days to ship your guitar. We do our Pro-Tech setups right before the guitar leaves us so that it is ready to play once it reaches you. Normally, it only takes a day or two for us to ship out your guitar.
